This morning, they were out of my beloved sausage sandwiches, so I had to pivot. Salmon quiche it is. I love me a good quiche, and I love that our students have made all this!
It was really yummy.
Then I got a big old cup of chicken noodle soup *also* for super cheap for lunch.

I stopped at the cafe inside the college whose district I work for. (There are three- I would call them community colleges, but we don't do that because they do offer Bachelor's programs now). Anyway - they have cheap eats, because they are training pastry chefs, and it's the best!
