Decision 2 years overdue for the 2 planning applications on the grounds of #Bessboro has been refused. Not to do with the historical nature of the property but because of the scale & mix of the development. WE ARE DELIGHTED. #SaveBessboro

The 17 named below died in #Bessboro, this contradicts the findings of the Commission in relation to this plot!
There is no headstone, no maintenance of the plot & therefore until now they were the #ForgottenDead.

Don’t you think this field looks suspicious ?? A 10 year old in 1947 came across an open grave of 3 to 4 babies in this area at #Bessboro & was chased off. In his 80’s he contacted #CatherineCorless to pass this info on. I met him & he described what happened. The TRUTH matters. #MotherAndBabyHomes

When my 82yr old mother was 17 she was sent to #Bessboro. It was a cruel harsh place where she nearly died & her baby boy did. Her sorry from the govt is £8,000 but she must sign a waiver for it. She won’t, the waiver is an insult.This govt have treated survivors deplorably #GE24 #MotherAndBabyHomes

This is the third instance I've seen of the scheme being advertised in the UK, than Ireland. I've not seen anyone else mention a poster in Ireland about from the one randomly placed one in Cork. 🤦🏻‍♂️
