The making of the Monster may be a visceral hard watch for some. Dr. Frankenstein is true to the book, selfish, cruel, and brutal.

FRANKENSTEIN is my fave novel of all time, way above Ulysses. It was the first book that left me in an existential haze and is my most re-read book. Every adaptation has been a trip. I am very excited about this latest one.

In 80s Toronto you could find Jarritos, Colombiana, and Postobon sodas only in Latin video stores (which were basically bodegas & our only means of sending money transfers). My parents would get me a soda & Asterix comic book in Spanish whenever we were in them. Anyways, the soda is still DELICIOUS!
