2. As a result, the current sharp delineation between infectious disease and chronic disease will come to be seen as a relic of an outdated paradigm. It is perfectly possible that the prevention of pathogenic infection could be the key to vastly increasing healthspan.

Exactly this. It's easier to blame parenting, mobile phones and "lockdowns" rather than face the awful truth that we have repeatedly exposed children to a virus which damages the brain.

So this is a mess. The "three-guys" recommendations are a hash-up. ACIP's role here is crucial and there is no suggestion that they do a bad job in crafting vaccine recommendations. This is not good. end/
