We had representatives from the British Army and MOD but I am not sure about landpower center...drop me an email and let's talk. I think there could be some great ways for us to collaborate.

The Urban Warfare Center at 40th ID wasn't created by the Army - it was a pretty grassroots and ran several years worth of courses with pretty broad team. You are entirely right that the reason the course is now discontinued is that the Army was uninterested in funding it.
