Last week, the hubs and I went to the Maritimes in Canada and randomly found a theater playing Mulholland Drive. It's the 3rd time I've seen it on the big screen, and it still does NOT disappoint. I'm struck by how, through these nightmarish dreamscapes, he's ultimately always talking about love.

As a coach, I've started to write workouts based on music. Somtimes it captures the perfect vibe of the song, and sometimes, the instrumentation is what I want the athlete's legs to be doing. I wrote my workout "Exurgency" based on @zoekeating.com's "Exurgency." It's sure to take you places.

Last night, I met my idol. I grabbed both of her hands, looked her straight in the eye, smirked and said, "Hey. I love yer songs." And she LAUGHED and squeezed my hands. We snapped this pic, and as I left, she looked at me and said, "Rock on!"
