I talk about politics sometimes
Remember when Democrats were screaming "ACAB" in 2020 because of George Floyd? Remember when Democrats advocated to defend police?

Funny how they all turned away and said "but.. but... The protesters hurt capitol police" like... Shouldn't y'all be happy for that? Why you acting like you care now?

Basically every single county in the US voted more Republican

Thought that'd be a wake up call for Democrats to see that they need to change because they're not well liked. Well... Turns out they'll blame anyone but themselves for losing the election
How typical of them

This is something I've been saying. People are realizing that most "journalists" nowadays don't actually do proper journalism. They just copy paste whatever the big news media says so, and just create stories that'll give them clicks. They don't care about the truth, they just want engagement

I love watching Democrats struggle to either be anti H1Bs and side with republicans, or be pro H1Bs and side with Elon and Vivek. Maybe that's why I don't see any Democrats talk about it, they couldn't fathom agreeing with any sport of Republican

So... Hunter Biden is fine being pardoned because he agrees with Democrats, but not trump, because he disagrees with them. But Palestine should be free even though they disagree and think LGBT should be hanged, but Israel should cease to exist even though they agree with liberals. Funny

The party complaining that Republicans don't follow the "rule of law" is the same party freaking out that Trump's case was dropped. Do they not realize that he was never charged because the case was politically driven? They had 2 cases to build a case and couldn't get evidence

Funny how mark cuban advocated to end the polarization after he specifically left Twitter because of "how he felt". Even funnier, the liberals whining over his comment. They really showed their unwillingness to listen to the opposing side, and really showed their generalizations. That's the problem

We tend to gravitate towards echo chambers especially when algorithms train us to train them to keep us within our chambers.

But I'm hoping the feeds in Bluesky will buck that trend and give folks a way to explore and engage across those boundaries.

Why are Trump supporters not wanted ? You dont have to follow them. You can block them. You can filter words. Don’t you want @bsky.app to have all perspectives ? I certainly do.

As long as it’s civil. Why not welcome different viewpoints ?
I don't understand Trump supporters. Why come where you are not wanted. It's odd. Witness me syndrome in the worst way.

Honestly, I feel like after more and more elections, people don't even want to try agreeing anything. I think people just love insulting their opposing side and have 0 interests in working together. Both sides very obviously do this. They don't care about policies, they care about their party
