By my rough calculation, the Trump shutdowns account for around 59% of the total time the government has spent shutdown (78 out of 132 days) and around 89% of the total cost ($21.7 out of $24.4 billion).

By my rough calculation, the Trump shutdowns account for around 59% of the total time the government has spent shutdown (78 out of 132 days) and around 89% of the total cost ($21.7 out of $24.4 billion).

Instead of saying senate democrats caved, say voting against the CR was voting for the lesser evil, but the administration & republicans in congress chose to turn the shutdown into a greater evil rather than work on an agreeable CR.

I was familiar with The Play That Goes Wrong, but only recently discovered The Goes Wrong Show which has a dozen hilarious 30min episodes.

I felt something odd as I grabbed this part of the railing on my way down the steps of the deck.
Focusing on the steps, I barely noticed something crawling on my pinky finger.
By the time I realized it was a wasp, I had already been stung twice and a swarm was forming around me.
