“In terms of a fan base I think he never really had one” - very true. He seemed to jump straight into TV work by wearing suits and doing a funny laugh.

It’s fun. Keira Knightley and Ben Wishaw both very likeable, if not particularly believable as spies / hitmen.

Slow Horses is a bit more of a proper TV show. Black Doves is harder to take seriously.
