Vibraphone-led instrumentals that run the gamut of Jamaican and Afro-Caribbean styles. Missing the original jacket (holler if you have an extra, need em for both his Studio One LPs), but couldn't pass up a vibraphone obscurity this good.

Afro National "Swinging Freetown" LP - U.S. mid-70s re-ish distributed by African Record Centre, who still occupy the Nostrand Ave. address in BK on the back of this sleeve. I long to get back there for more $15 dead stock 7"s.

Been meaning to upgrade my cartridge for a long time and trying to get this warped early 70s Ethiopian 7" to track was the motivation. We cooked this in the oven for a few hours (the store I work at has a flattener) and I don't think it helped, but the Concorde is handling it well.
