Skipping breakfast is what I do almost everyday and limits my intake of key nutrients. Being able to use this to bring myself to have this breakfast can make my meals more nutrient dense then they currently are. @beh353 #BEH353

I always am eating peanut butter and jelly because it is quick and easy with my busy days. Adding in some fruits could help build up more vitamins and antioxidants. I could also use a granola bar or some yogurt for more fiber and protein. @beh353 #beh353

My 24-hour period wasn't accurate. The past 24 hours has been on days where I work 12 hours from 7-7. I also don't eat breakfast normally due to my own health issues. I had 3 peanut butter and jelly around 11. I ate again around 7:30pm with pizza. Showing that I am behind beh353.bsky.social

Eating better with more water, fruits/veggies, and the cutting back on sugar means alot more to better the body then it looks. Cutting back on the sugar alone and watching what kind of sugar it is can help prevent/stop diabetes.
