Testing out some early combo strings for Fridge, really happy with how the animations are coming together. Feels chunky in all the right ways. ✅️

I really need these changes they're making in The Last of Us Season 2 to have some kind of payoff.

If the Democrats manage to retake office in 2028, it's going to be like the end of Portal 2 when GladOS retook the facility and had to fix everything.

We've been running a month long short-form series for @doubletap.gg. Reception has been nice, but we're constantly finding ourselves supressed on Youtube for certain words. Words like:

Fight
Punch
Damage
Wide Open
Footsies
Desperation

Its been frustrating.

If PA Democrats want that Senate seat in 2028, Fetterman better not be on that ballot.

If you like The Last of Us TV show, but haven't played the second game, you may want to try to avoid the new posters they just dropped for the new season. There is a spoiler.

Everyone that has tried to challenge Steam is missing the point. Valve has continously improved the PC gaming experience for consumers. Everyone else is just trying fatten their pockets. Epic is trying to help developers, but at the expense of player experience.

Amazon thought it could compete with Steam because it was so much larger than Valve, but Prime Gaming's former VP admits that 'gamers already had the solution to their problems'
"Just because you are big enough to build something doesn’t mean people will use it."

This is so disrespectful. Bought an excellent studio, mostly wasted their talent, then closed them down, and can't remember their name.

Another reminder that CEOs see you as resources and not people.

Sony announced the PS5 sold 75 million units, and I'm seeing people celebrate like they are on the Playstation marketing team. 😂

There must be some major service outage somewhere because both Spotify and OpenAI are having performance issues.

I was looking for something I posted a while back on Twitter, but then came across this. @wookieebh.mash.gg this came true, just as foretold. JAASTRADAMUS STRIKES AGAIN!

I feel like the podcast commenting problem should be solvable with not 1 but 2 federated social protocols on the field. Am I missing something? It feels like a problem someone smarter than me would have figured out.

Cool thing I just found out about Bluesky is that if you change your custom domain and you keep your DNS entries in the old one, it will still redirect to your profile. I should have known, but its nice to confirm.

One thing that Marvel Rivals reveals about Overwatch is how truly team-oriented Overwatch is. Synergy between heros is more important in OW than Rivals. Blizzard should have leaned more into that than trying to cater to solo play, even at lower levels.

If they actually do this it would nuke the console war (which has been over since 2016 btw). If they made it modular so you could update certain components... My god. It was certainly force Sony's hand to be more open to cross-platform launches.

Every month at least once a month over the past 4 months I've seen a big spike in downloads on at least one of my shows that is clearly bot traffic. My theory is that it's an AI service trying to consume voice data for it's model. Any other podcasters/publishers seeing this?

Also, their favorite thirst traps that they hate in public but drool over in private are migrating over.
The slow trickle of MAGA folks over here underscores how much their experience of online is entirely dependent on people getting mad at them. It also underscores how even they, given the option, would rather not hang out with themselves either.

I never hear about how the lack of modding support over the last 15 years have lead to less creativity in the industry. Not just in the games themselves, but features as well.

Hit markers and sounds? Started as a mod. Battle Royale? Mod. MOBAs? Mod. There are more examples than I can mention here.
