Not dead. Was a vote on the rule, not the bill. They will try to flip those four by figuring out what they want. Then try again to bring the bill to the floor.

Another crucial lesson from this Harvard situation: There is no plan B. Trump's team had no idea what to do if Harvard said "no fuck you."

By first doubling down on the threats and then backing away and lying, they weakened their hand even more! Harvard woudl be wise to say no to the next threat.
