Just finished Volume 2 of MHA and while it is diving head first into action this is another great example of Bakugo’s battle sense being top tier
But what is even more interesting is how that contrast with Izuku. Where Bakugo is taking a more direct path to “victory” we see Izuku being concerned

I really enjoy that this wasn’t the standard Izuku vs Bakugo. The added complication of capturing the opponent or the weapon really highlights the idealogical difference between the 2. One wants to beat you down thoroughly where as the other is ok with “losing” the fight but completing the mission

It’s really interesting that there’s a sense of one up man ship. Deku judo flips Bakugo, Bakugo returns the favour but with added finesse
