When I heard Musk say this on Tuesday, my assumption was that it was a programming issue. Because I can code and have written to databases and because I am familiar with other examples of default values being misinterpreted.

I gotta admit, seeing this level of open corruption goes a long way towards explaining why the Imperial stormtroopers' gear in Star Wars turned out to be completely useless the first time some stone-age teddy bears started throwing hands.

Like, the Fediverse is nice, but we'd have a healthier social internet if we brought back self-hosted websites (& blogs), RSS, webrings, & forums.
