I know there is a lot of stuff going on in the world and so things like the destruction of a 2000 year old structure isn't a big deal. But it's been ten years since ISIL decided to blow up the Temple of Bel in Syria and I think it's important to know and understand things.

I walked past this church more than once. It was near the eastern Bab Sharqi gate of Damascus. I wish there was something else I could say but it would be 10,000 words long.

#VETERAN @cristianramirez.bsky.social. Physiotherapy is a modern miracle. Lost count of how many dry needling I got but positional it was Neck, Shoulder, Pecs muscle, Lower back, Gluts and lets not forget those pesky calf muscles. Then electricity and heat!
