Students can demand that their universities or student unions endorse the treaty! You can also talk to local councils or your MPs about it - the more endorsements the better.

All of that "you might not like Starmer's migration rhetoric but it's smart politics" punditry misses the fact that it isn't ever only rhetoric... this is the sort of policy, and the sort of attitude among people dispensing state resources, that results.
Reporting on people the state makes destitute via NRPF is one of the most distressing things I've done as a journalist, but this is truly disgusting - a child who died after being denied foster care by her local council because of her mother's immigration status. www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2024...
