That said, it is absolutely true that an IQ test is a deeply flawed way to measure non-human intelligence, just as chess is.

The problem with this argument is that IQ is by far the best measure of broad intelligence we have *within populations* and its predictive power is well established.

They have worked towards nukes in recent years in no small part because Trump destroyed the agreement we made with them not to, because Trump is a feckless asshole.
