If the government’s position is that being trafficked to El Salvador by Donald Trump and Stephen Miller amounts to a final and irreversible deprivation of all rights, then it seems to me every federal court has a duty to permanently enjoin the practice as soon as it possibly can.

I continue to be extremely dismayed by the number of people who say they passionately support the First Amendment, only to throw that out the window the moment they find expression they dislike. That is not how this is supposed to work.

"unlawful challenge to the federal government" - How can this phrase NOT raise alarms for freedom loving conservatives and libertarians? Is it now unlawful to challenge the federal government? didn't we fight a revolution over this?
