It generally runs fine for me UNLESS I'm in the middle of a super huge massive world event with like 500 people all with their Super Sparkle Effect Gear on doing 100 explosion attacks each.

ALSO the progression is significantly more horizontal than vertical so like, all the leveling and mastery points stuff is more about just getting a wider pool of abilities to make a build with.

The game's designed so you can get to level cap by doing whatever specific thing you're interested in, there's not really required content and since like *most* stuff is meant for level cap (even in what's base game really) it wants to get you there fast.
