Does anyone else experience that their body holds weight if their maintenance calories are too low?
If I consume less than 1700 a day, my body will hold the fat. Then on very active days, I have to up that number. The more I fuel my body in a healthy way, the more it thrives. But if I “starve” it

I never paid attention to planetary protections, only the house and my solar return. It’s a Jupiter year for me, on top of being an 8H year with a solar return Venus rising. So it should be interesting to tap into more.

Mandating what people must do with their body will always be a step in the wrong direction.
Educate. Honestly educate. Not fear monger education. And let people decide what they should do with that information.

I wish I could figure out what causes people in relationships to reach out to an ex while in a committed monogamous relationship. What could be so good that you would be willing to risk the stability of your relationship? And if it’s not stable, why go dig in the past as a Bandaid?
