An analysis of BBC news coverage over the last 4 years shows a shameless bias against Vladimir Putin, with BBC reporters insisting on calling the Special Military Operation in Ukraine “an invasion”

You say "Too often, the debate is driven by slogans, not facts." You're telling me! Because then tell us that "...heather-dominated moorland, which is considered one of the world's rarest habitats, with the UK hosting an estimated 75% of this global resource." This is simply NOT true. rb.gy/h64odn

I'm sure that all 600,000 people who were fined by HMRC despite having zero tax due, will be relieved that the seven largest house builders, suspected of running a cartel, are able to avoid having the law applied to them, if they pay into a pot and promise not to do it again.

Justice is blind.

Golden eagles were reintroduced to Ireland, but are now struggling. How come?

Severe ecosystem imbalance due to overgrazing and other factors, causing a lack of prey.

Rewilding *must* take a holistic approach to restoring nature, or it won't work.

Golden eagles were reintroduced to Ireland, but without prey they’re now struggling to thrive
Rewilding isn’t just about reintroducing predators. Without prey and habitat restoration, even wild-looking landscapes can’t support them.

In Australia, Labor won the general election this weekend by opposing anything that looked vaguely aligned with the thinking of Trump. Mark Carney did the same in naming the Canadian general election...

I think this is the closest many of us have ever got to seeing the real Trump. The only consistent thread in his entire unhinged rant was the love & praise for Vladimir Putin. Zelensky has more courage & dignity in his little finger than every member of Trump's regime & fan club combined.

Positive to see Defra reward ongoing environmental action from wildlife-friendly farmers today.

Now, quick work is needed to multiply higher tier stewardship agreements - frozen for too long - dedicating more budget to drive this cutting edge of wildlife-friendly farming.
