Makes me sad re-reading this amazing letter from ex-Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox sent to high school seniors in 1994 after they asked him “What should Americans learn from Watergate?” 20 years later in ‘94.
His answer is remarkable—unfortunately things didn’t work out so well in 2024.

Yeah, so, skipping my ADD meds by accident was a terrible reminder of just how screwed my brain is. Don't recommend it unless you've spoken with your PCP about taking breaks 🧟♂️

Dry Needling my back weekly has given me false confidence in my back bending and twisting abilities. They were right when they said, "Enjoy your 20s while you can."
I figured they meant the social life, not necessarily the pain of living. I for sure didn't think it'd all hurt the day I left my 20s.
