Instead of every customer service phone call starting with "we're experiencing higher than normal call volumes, please be patient," why not just be honest and say "we chronically understaff because customer service loses us money and is not important to our shareholders"?

I don't understand why Democrat Hakeem Jeffries isn't the Speaker of the House. Plurality voting is good enough for all our other elections, and he received more votes than Jim Jordan (212-199)

When Blockbuster closed, I figured Netflix DVD had a bigger selection at cheaper prices. But now that Netflix DVD by mail has finally shut down, I mourn the fact that half my favorites cannot be streamed anywhere, while the other half are scattered across a dozen different pay services...

Too few restaurants offer the humble, under-appreciated Challah Bun for sandwiches. Much tastier than the brioche, kaiser, potato, or even pretzel buns you see more often.
