Regarding the whole discord mess, let me be clear:
I am 100% in support of needing to provide proof of age and personhood for social media.
And ONLY those two.
Uploading ID scans to a random 3rd party service is ABSOLUTELY a no-go.
Many EU countries already have a system which would allow this.

Regarding the whole discord mess, let me be clear:

AI tools are a fundamentally short term mindset solution, prioritizing output/unit of time.
Are they useful? Sure. Especially if you're constrained with resources, be that time or knowledge (these are the same).

The main benefit I found for LLMs is aggregating/referencing content that is available somewhere in the depths of the internets, but sadly search engines suck ass lately, and a lot of this content is buried in tickets, obscure forums and discord channels.
