OK, DOD becomes Dept of War. #TRUTH it always has been, but to officially switch-change all of the websites, all branding, the manuals, the regulations = a very big government, bloated, tax payer cost. Good thing we did away with some SNAP benefits for seniors to finance this exercise in stupidity
