So it's through gritted teeth that I admit that I stayed off my phone this evening after work except to occasionally text and not only is my mental health better, the evening didn't feel like it was 10 minutes long.

larger projects (Toy Story Land -> Toy Story 4, Galaxy’s Edge -> Rise of Skywalker, Cosmic Rewind -> GotG V3, etc.) Offhand, Tron at MK and Pandora stand out as the only major projects in recent years that didn’t have a new film tie-in. Have to imagine profits are turned more quickly this way.

This feels to me like it’s more about ensuring an ROI than anything else, and I wonder if the insanely quick ROI Universal got on IoA’s WWoHP has something to do with it. I feel like Disney started doing this with Mission Breakout (which IIRC opened circa GotG V2) and hasn’t stopped for a lot of
