That others go thru harder experiences does not invalidate ours. Expressing our feelings is also totally valid, we were taught to “pull ourselves together” but that just means we let our negative thoughts fester and choke us.

I have 1 kid, 1 job, and no side gig, and yanking myself out of bed everyday is a herculean labor. You’re doing great Tom, most of us buckle under half the pressure and responsibility.
