Wender Utah Rating Scale (WURS-61)
The WURS-61 is a tool used to assess symptoms of ADHD in adults based on their childhood experience and symptoms. It consist of a series of question that ask the patient frequently they experienced certain behaviours or symptoms in childhood. The 61 item self-reported questionnaire includes 25 questions most relevant to ADHD and the remaining 36 are unscored. Respondents rate each item on a five-point Likert scale (0-4) with a cumulative score ranging between 0-100. A score of 46 or higher typically suggests a likelihood of adult ADHD
*** Scored 89 out of 100 on the WURS-61. This is considered a relatively high score, suggesting ignificant likelihood of childhood ADHD symptoms persisting into adulthood.
Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults
The DIVA-5 is a structured conversation between a trained psychiatrist and a patient, which helps assess if the individual being assessed meet the criteria for ADHD. The interview included questions about symptoms, behaviour pattern and a history of functioning in various settings such as home, school and the workplace.
Symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder
9 out of 9 characteristics were found to be met in both adulthood and in childhood with appropriate examples provided.
Symptoms of Hyperactivity/Impulsivity
8 out of 9 criteria were found to be present in both adulthood and childhood with suitable examples established.

Do you prefer the nighttime lit version before or this one taken in daylight? I think I prefer this one? I know it’s not that different but it’s to be printed so need a good hi res like this

Luckily I have a little shadow too! She keeps me having to go out three times a day which helps. I’m just struggling with any kind of starting a chore or activity rn. Stimulants don’t agree with me unfortunately so doing it med free surfing without a board

Fucking unbelievable how they left it with a week of pouring rain. Those slats are wood, with porous membrane. No tarpaulin. Ever seen rain pouring out of plug sockets?

Doing my community service today. Leading a small group of volunteers to tidy up our nature classroom that’s full of wildlife and native planting. I’m going to be mending the pond and I’m freezing already! At least it’s not raining 🌧️

So I’ve been doing cut outs for so long my eyes are getting tired! I’ve done the pink and the blue now and I’m now working on cutting out the final bits of white that are going to go yellow!
