I deleted the savage Grace account too. It served its purpose but it’s too much of a risk now to have that shit public. So I hope most of my friends had already followed me here. Not that I hardly see any of you anymore in all the noise. I will reply eventually to people but know I’m with you always

Well, I’m am now diagnosed!
Mixed inattentive/hyperactive ADHD and Autism.
He said I scored higher than anyone he’d ever seen for ADHD; 89 out of 100 points on the main questionnaire.
It’s great to finally have a diagnosis but a shame I didn’t 30 years ago. I don’t feel like an imposter now!

Well, I’m am now diagnosed!

This month marks nine years sober of heroin and crack cocaine!
I dabbled from the age of 17 and ended up with a 20 year addiction, shooting speedballs into my groin by the end of it.
I am so grateful I managed to stop, I would be dead by now for sure, I still have so much I want/need to do.

I’ve got my official ADHD assessment this week. I’ll be glad to finally get an official dx. They won’t be able to prescribe me anything as I’ve had heart surgery so no stimulants and even the modafanil is a no go because of an SNRI I’m on. Seratonin syndrome risk is minuscule but 🤷

I managed to get some decent sleep last night but still have zero dopamine or motivation. I’m really struggling. Just waiting to speak to my dr. I’m usually better at surfing the ebbs and I’m very resilient but six months of diazepam tapering has me on a hair trigger. Depression. Anxiety. Bleugh
