If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.
Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.
But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.
They aren’t firing for a reason.

We can argue until the cows come home about whether this crusade against DEI is ethnic cleansing but consider that all signs point to non-Hispanic white people being the minority in the US by 2045. Their plan is simple: deport brown immigrants, get minorities out of positions of power. The end

The ironic thing about Republicans screaming that DEI disregards merit is that they’re apparently too stupid and lazy (I.e., lack merit) to take the time to research and understand that it doesn’t prioritize minority candidates…
