I started reading his book of short stories and it’s every bit as insufferable as you would guess.

It used to be “You must read a lot of books?” Now it’s “What do you do now that everything’s online?”

Borders was very welcoming and encouraged customers to hang out, but (at least at our location) management would take no shit and had no problem throwing rude customers out.

I walked around Borders constantly and all I discovered was heartbreak. And that their health benefits sucked.
