Hypotension. Thought I'd mention it anyway, just in case.
Do you have any idea what could be going on? I'm at my wits end... And getting really tired of hearing from doctors that I'm obese and need to eat more greens. I'm trying... How?! 7/7

that brought my Calprotectine down to almost nothing (was between 120 and 240 after having my Crohn's in remission. Before that, it was around 1500).
But it didn't stop the fibre issue.
I don't know if it's worth mentioning I get Postprandial Hypotension, since that's common with Orthostatic 6/7

fibre specled feces, it's whole pieces of food the way I swallowed them (so only chewing broke it up). Food with no or low fibre gets processed fine.
My GI doctor did a bunch of tests, and then shrugged. She has no idea what is going on. I only found I'm lactose intolerant, and managing 5/6

digesting any of it. "You're not supposed to digest fibres." I know. But I also don't think I'm supposed to find all the lettuce back the way I swallowed them. Which is what happens with all fibre containing stuff. I don't see the skins of corn, I see the whole corn in my feces. It's not 4/5

fibre than before, but still way less than recommended for the general public. If I eat a meal salad, I need to spread eating that out over the whole day, and then eat no fibres at all for 3 days, to avoid getting constipated. If I eat 2 high fibre sandwiches, same thing. Also, I'm not 3/4

first gave me psyllium fibres, which you can guess, made it worse. Then she gave me Macrogol packets. Also for colonoscopy preps I have used Bisacodyl (I turn out to be allergic), MoviPrep, and PicoPrep. Also, my Crohn's is in remission at the moment, with Infliximab.
I can now eat a bit more 2/3

Very likely

Bonus frustration: Being able to type somehow proves that a person isn't incontinent either, apparantly. Can someone tell the GI doctors? That would be such an easy incontinence test! /sarcasm

to speak or write. Especially with AAC existing...?
It just says high support needs. It doesn't say in what exact areas. I need 24/7 care, whether you like it or not.
(Printscreened comment is cut off, because the thread is deleted, making it impossible to see the full comment) 4/4

assumption of all (again, important word! Some may want this. That's not what I'm arguing here) high support needs Autistics wanting a cure isn't speaking for them too? It's just the default assumption. Let alone the completely false narrative of high support needs Autistics never being able 3/4

This type of reasoning is a major self-confirming bias. It suggests that the default is that high support needs Autistics always (!!) want a cure as a default, and nobody can argue that, because arguing shows you're not high support needs, so you're not allowed an opinion. Like the basic 2/4

That is actually so validating, coming from you, as someone who has known me since 2007. Thank you. 🥺❤️‍🩹

Since a year ago:
People: "Omg, 14 diagnoses?! And I've seen your struggles! You've become so disabled lately! What happened?!"
Me: "I was always this disabled."
People: "Nah."
Me: "Yes! You're seeing the result of neglect!" 3/3

disabilities, but you're not severely disabled, neither mentally nor physically. I would've noticed that."
Me: "You're all noticing my whole life. I keep having meltdowns and mentally collapsing."
People: "You just need to do better. Stop making excuses." 2/3

Thank you for the additional info! Yea, I agree, if fascists don't want you to read it: read it.
I've grown up seeing books that are supported by fascists being banned, which is good imo. So the other way around didn't occur to me at first.
