What started out as a trip to see The Dark Knight at Cineworld’s Nolan season with the eldest has now turned into a double bill with Batman Begins. You never know, if he likes them both we may make it the trilogy!

It’s been a while since I watched Interstellar and genuinely forgot how incredible this movie is. A perfect 5 stars. I don’t remember crying as much as I did this time round either.

Can’t wait for The Dark Knight on Sunday.

Having a second listen to the new #Superman score to see if it sits better second time around. I've not seen the film yet, and maybe it's just one of those scores that work better in the movie. Or maybe I'm too old school. Let's see if a second listening helps.

Stumbled across this place on my recent trip to Crete…👀

Not a bad #recordstoreday2025 haul in the end. A couple of a John Williams additions to my vinyl soundtrack collection. I was hoping to get the first Harry Potter too but was pipped to the post by someone ahead of me in the queue.

I’ve narrowed my to read shelf down to these two books to take away with me on my hols based on length and amount of time I expect to get to read. Not too long, not too short, but can’t decide between these two. Help me out #booksky

Godkiller or The Colour of Magic?

Picked out my next read, Samantha Harvey’s Orbital. It was a recent Xmas gift, and having just finished Dune Messiah, I wanted something short I could squeeze in before I moved on to something else.

Everybody needs a Sam.

Currently reading this and only just realised that as I’m reading it I’ve got the recent movie actors faces in my head playing it out. I really should put on the soundtrack too!
