I received my #Eastward New Dam City Edition box set this week! it's an absolute joy to read about the #Pixpil team's 10 year(!) journey creating this special game. amazingly, you can really see the spirit and DNA of the final product in the original concept doodles drawn all the way back in 2011.

Arco is so good! the combat system is really fluid without taking away from the strategic aspect. a lot of tactics games are best with mouse and keyboard but huge kudos to @arcogamedev.bsky.social for the gamepad controls, it's so intuitive.
