i think part of the reason people dont really think aspects of trump (i.e. jan 6th) are really bad b/c of just how absurd it is. like i don't blame conservatives for not believing that trumps legal team couldnt bring any evidence to light in court of election irregularities.

my primary issue with anti-ai people is often they don't know what they're talking about and strictly focusing on just ai's cost feels disingenuous. we use tons of natural resources, electricity, land, water, fuels for every action in the modern world. drawing the line here is bizarre to me.
