Curiuos Observer. Mostly marine issues. Spent some time on icebreakers. Shore crab nowadays.
Remains me of DDR ”fishing” vessels on the swediah westcoast back in the 80-ies. They did not fish at all…

Yes ’The deadliest catch’ is a great docu serie. Many similarities but Machanic Stepanov have proportionally much more cabins and interior space than Bandit (for shady agents?)- and very small cargo compartment.

I’ve seen many fishing vessels in my days and I wonder if this really is a fishing vessel? Sides too high to land the catch etc and too small for a industry fishing vessel from my references.

Why do not 🇩🇰 and 🇸🇪 close the Sound and Belts just following the 1857 treaty.

Sparta has now re-entred Syrian waters and continue plotting racetrack pattern up and down. Approx 6 nautical miles from shore.

No not ecology but more that it might get stuck around quad wheels etc.

None of the ships in the ghost fleet has adequate P&I insurance – a must for commercial vessels to cover risks from war, collisions or environmental damage such as oil spills. Fingers crossed.

Is the remaining opto-fibers on the ground from all destoyed drones a problem in any way? Can an expert maybe clarify? 🤔🤔

Tonight well outside border and on international waters. 15-16 nautical miles from shore is approx 28-30 km. That distance from shore in combination with movement makes it probably a tough target ?

I found this: www.un.org/Depts/los/LE..., so you’re right, all warships of countries at peace with Denmark have right of passage

The ship is now (according to Marinetraffic) well outside territory border I guess 15 nautical miles from shore. Last sundsy it was well within only 5-6 nautical miles from shore. Still making racetracks up n down in 3-5 knots.

So something has happened.

Such a sub demands at least 40 m depth to navigate 🤔🤔

Is there still the Kilo class submarine in the water around them? 🤔 It should be visible if so I guess because Kattegatt is only 22 m deep in average..

Does that apply to Sound and Belt in 🇩🇰 and Öresund 🇸🇪 too? I guess that is different agreement, separate from Gulf of Finland, or do you know?

Thank you very much for your work

Maybe some expert can clarify this? But surely something would definitely hit the ”famous fan” if they closed the passage

Would be very intresting to know more about the juridical possibilities and toolbox 🇩🇰 and 🇸🇪 own within the 1857 treaty.
