Am reminded that the halifax explosion led to architects mass-building a neighbourhood out of cinderblocks. And everyone thinks its gorgeous despite being quite dense.
It turns out you can make a neighbourhood quite nice and functional by hiring architects instead of drafters

Not quite there is some price action in there too! You can see the historical rates and home prices start rocketing the rising hits peak. But yeah its the later policy rate changes that takes it from 0.4% to 0.55%

I basically think the independents applied some pressure, McConnell got trump to ask for somethings, everyone did a deal. But like a lot of actors here were doing things
