💁♀️ The statistician in me does need to point out that the 95% confidence interval in the most recent study was a bit wider (−11.82, 0.91) than the original study, due to analytical design + less data in pre/post time periods

The Result ➡️ 16 and 17-year-olds can seek abortion care in consultation with their health care provider, without medically unnecessary barriers to their care!

First, a little history refresher:
From 1997 to 2020, minors seeking abortions in MA had to receive parental consent *or* go before a judge.
However, almost all judicial bypass cases were approved... so this just created unnecessary barriers for young people.
