Can you know nothing about me, although I do support his ideas on foods and the crap/chemical/sugars… that’s where it ends. I’ve had five or six of Covid vaccines, and we will get another one in a few weeks, with my flu shot… and I will always swim in the ocean and lakes.. saves me on showers!

Lovely beach day, on the threshold of fall.. beautiful clear water.. boots, paddle boards, kayaks and a few swimmers!

Sound and sight of an end of summer afternoon-5 pm. Such a beautiful day with some beach time that followed our 10km afternoon run!
