Into oncoming traffic? Onto the footpath?
If you’re redoing a cycle path, you must provide a safe alternative while the work’s underway.
This is bad even by your standards.
No understanding. No respect for cyclists.

Most cycle lanes being installed in Dublin are nothing more than a tick box exercise.
This is the new cycle-lane on E Wall Rd. It's like this all the time. This is a common issue with cycle-lanes all across the city. The drainage here was never adequate. Who audits these projects to check if they're constructed correctly?

But the fact that farming organisations & politicians can watch an ecological and climate catastrophe unfold in real time & still demand “discounts” on climate fines & more derogations is staggering.
It is indefensible & shows a blatant refusal to face reality.

We would like to remind him that the vast majority of people on Earth will never take a flight. It is a wealthy minority (read: us) who pollute, while others around the world bear the consequences.
