I love fresh food! I went to the farmer's market and bought a baguette just baked this morning, fresh mozzarella made last night, an heirloom tomato and purple bell pepper picked recently, and added basil snipped from the crazy basil plant that grows like crazy in our dining room

I learned something new today: the butcher near me sells "bacon ends" which are the odd shaped pieces left over from cutting bacon slabs, and they are cheap but delicious! For $1.85, I got plenty of bacon to top some pizzas

What great Black Friday deals have you found? I grabbed a new pizza oven from Ooni that can do multi-fuel (gas, wood, charcoal). I love that it is small enough to take camping or out to the park for a pizza picnic
