I'd recomend looking up Poetax's guide's to drawing a Sans, they have several sheets that help with angles, proportions, etc!
My biggest thing i notice is that you're longating the skull, which is fine with humans but not so much with skeletons. Your sockets are gonna take up more room as well.

On updates for chp. 21 itself, I've written about 900ish works of the first draft, but not Im pausing to open up the sims cus I REALLY need to build a layout of Dream's room in there for easy reference. Cant remember if there's carpet or not in it. DX
