What’s the guarantee that they won’t consider ANYTHING a type of gender affirming care if a trans person presents with it? I’ll be sure to beg not to beg not to be taken to a Catholic hospital next time I get stuffed in an ambulance :/

Not to be pessimistic… but having lived in that district before, I’d sooner bet on the powerball. They have a state park named after the founder of the KKK, just to give you an idea.

When centrist Dems talk about “not focusing on transgender issues”, what they mean, practically, is allowing shit like this to stand. The Supreme Court is rolling back decades of policy as it relates to trans people, which will radically impact our lives.
