The Trump team strategy of projection is just that - strategy. Everything they blame on Dems Trump is guilty of, but by saying "Look, Dems had this issue that you're seeing now" it is an attempt to diminish the gravity of the situation. DJT Autopen even had his signatures "replaced" to hide this.
