The metal blanks on the back of pc chasis slots are the best tool for managing them, but they are hard to come by now with laptops and mini form factors everywhere

yeah, it is kind of "well, *technically* we probably could, but we try to be in the business of not pissing people off any more than absolutely necessary"

I kept my accounts because I don't want someone else grabbing them and impersonating (not that it's a huge concern)
I'm not after a following either, but my motivation is more because it was getting harder to find content from people among the noise and bots
