This is surprising to me. Has this turned you off of team red forever? You going keep the threadripper for another use like Diann, fragpipe or skyline?

We have not. Have had the astral for about 6 months. Only issue is a gas leak.

Is that PC for personal use? I'm just picturing you doing massive numbers of raw data searches on it that aren't work related and just for fun.

Some say (probably just me) that it's the greatest thing to happen to proteomics since the orbitrap.
