Addendum:

Also, what about stories where highlighting the abusive aspect of an interaction *is the point*? Not every depiction of nudity or sex is something you're meant to get off to. Does that content and those stories just no longer have a place on this site?

You can accuse people of slippery slope fallacy or being needlessly pedantic, but these are questions that don't have clear answers. The reality is that there isn't actually a way to enforce a rule like that without creating an incredibly wide grey area that has a lot of people concerned.

How do you expect to moderate this consistently? Namely, how do you expect to discern if some fictional characters are consenting?

Kink frequently *appears* to be non-consensual, it's one of the reasons there are 'safe words' worked out during some activities.

You are setting up a chilling effect.

who determines that? how do people know theyve crossed the line with the amount of tears falling from someones eyes? will you be spelling it out, or leaving it up to a random moderator to decide whether or not its Acceptable? either way, its a seriously worrying precedent to set for artists

im also surprised no one has mentioned the rules forbiding sexual content that involves or promotes "risk of death or serious injury."
where does bdsm fall within these rules? is there an acceptable amount ot bruising, amount of pain, amount of Whatever can be interpreted as serious injury?

any attempt to police what content is and isnt consensual in the realms of artwork will always be a sisyphusean task. as much as i dont like that artwork myself, the safest approach will always been allowing people to tag accordingly and blocking those tags.

Banning games that deal with rape and incest means banning art that tries to process those experiences. How do you deal with works supposedly "glorifying" these themes? You give players a heads-up, and you don't engage with these works if you don't want to

i think its a lot more nuanced for cis men aswell. a look of these masculine ideals are rooted in colonisation and other bigotries, and you see it in how minority men are often treated. i cant speak super in depth but theres a wealth of writing about black cis men about how their masculinity-
