Hello! Welcome to my Bluesky account! For those who don't know me, I'm a second-generation Chinese Canadian born and raised in what is colonially known as Vancouver. I live in East Van with my partner, two kids, and a dog.

I attended my last meeting tonight as a Trout Lake Community Centre Association Board Director. It's been a blast over the past four years. I've met many amazing leaders and community members who pour hours of volunteer time each week to make our community richer, stronger, and more resilient.

Just came back from the diaper "change-in" event at Vancouver City Hall. What a great turnout! We even sang some well-loved baby songs ) with brand new lyrics written by @margiesanderson.bsky.social (make sure to listen to my video in the comments)!

As you may have heard, Vancouver’s proposed 2026 budget will mean over $120 million in service cuts, and our most vulnerable populations will bear the burden of these cuts, including women - one of the cuts that have been proposed is removing change tables and period product dispensers!

I attended the VIFW #reddress event w/ @caitlinstockwell.bsky.social, and it was like no other event I've been to. I was both moved and inspired by the strength and beauty of the words, performances, and work of the speakers, singers, dancers, designers, and other artists.
