@mulaney.bsky.social sorry we had to bail early on Saturday mid set. You were fantastic but son was unwell. Yeah he’s 20 but you never stop thinking of them as at sky zone in grippy socks :). We were kinda close to the front, felt all the eyes on us like it was a quality choice.

I am delighted to just discover Puzzle Quest got a revitalization. With all the other big titles dropping this season i will defo play Puzzle Quest Immortal ed. for a good chunk of time.

Yay! That said, it’s more fantastic as a result of the player’s input, rather than being more the input itself being better on a cerebral or physical level. One to simmer more on in the grey matter coffee pot.

Also installed another fan into my pc case and blew out all the day too. I figure it’s not going to reduce the overall heat output much, but anything to have a slightly cooler room thank you very much. 🥵

Highly enjoyed latest Mission movie. Definitely one for the DBOX chairs that move and judder. (Part 1 was… not great and they’ve more than made up for it)

It’s wonderful to see old school rally games launch and make a splash. Such fun. Amazing they’re by 1-person/ tiny colab teams.

I’ve also been busy in other adventures but what I was getting to was a)excited and b) various symphony orchestras do this kind of thing and it will lift you if you can find one doing a movie (OST) you love.

Joyously heading to the orchestral performance of Skyfall tonight. The delight of how good Star Trek was still lives with me. And the Who proms only stoked the fires more. Gonna be great!

I do love they do the re-run of the year’s expeditions again in December. Such a good idea. 👍

Hmmm so the all new all sexy PowerPlay 2.0 in #EliteDangerous has run into a few snags and sections been either heavily nerfed or temporarily disabled.
I was suspicious of the (enjoyable!) velocity that players could level up - exploits aside - and it seems that was well founded.
